Non traditional work on dependant visa

Hello! I’m relocating to Japan this summer under a dependent visa with my family. I’ve reviewed the visa requirements and procedures, but I still have some questions. I understand the working restrictions, but how is that measured for your own online business/LLC?

Examples

1. Having a pre-existing business where you sell digital templates for invitations, etc. On Etsy. They are already posted in the marketplace and require no additional “work” when purchased. The customer just downloads the template they receive by automated email.

2. Running an online travel consultant business. Putting together travel packages and suggestions for a consulting fee.

3. Social Media/Travel “Influencer” – everyone’s pretty familiar with generating revenue from social media posts..

The inability to really quantify the hours per week is kinda what throws me off.

And the LLC was/is already being paid in to its own established business account. As long as I pay myself a salary under the guidelines, and leave the rest in the business account, I would think that is ok. But I don’t wanna break rules or anything. Just trying to see how I can maintain my existing businesses.
