This is my 4th year living in the same house… It’s mukade season again and I’m struggling.
I usually get one or two in my genkan area per spring/summer seasons (usually in the genkan). I try to keep the area neat so they have nowhere to hide. And they’re usually pretty sluggish because I put down the white dirt bug killer stuff. HOWEVER, this year I’ve been getting absolutely MASSIVE mukade and they hang out in the door jam. So when I open the door… SUPRISE! MUKADE!
I’m really dreading going home every day. My house is old and ground level, so I know that this happens. The door is old and has been getting more crooked each year, which is probably giving the mukade a nice little resting spot… but there’s not really enough room to put insulation around the door.
What should I do????? There’s been pretty constant rain here the last few days so the white powder isn’t staying put. I’m losing my mind. Help!!!!!!!!!
edit: Shoutout to all my friends asking if this is me. Now you NagaKnow. 😂
