I will be arriving into HND terminal 3 from LAX at 9pm local time. I have a few questions for all you experts.
1. How long will the whole immigration process take before I can leave the terminal for public transport into Tokyo? Afterwards I will be buying suica/pasmo card and activate eSIM for my phone, and anything else I may need to do before exiting terminal.
2. Will I still be able to catch a train (because it’s too late?) or do I have to take the taxi?
3. If I am able to take the train and arrive at the station near the hotel, is it safe to walk 15 mins from station to hotel at that time of night?
