Advice for Japan Itinerary, 17 days – too many cities?

Hey guys!

I’m (M26) planning a november trip to Japan (November 2nd – November 20th) with my girlfriend (F27) and would like to know whether my planned itinerary is too crowded.

I’ve already been to Japan in 2019 and done the golden route, but it will be the first time for my girlfriend. So my plan was to repeat Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka, adding some side trips that I couldn’t do in my first trip.
