Allergies and sinus pain in May

I know this is a random ass question but has anyone else been getting bad allergies that started around the beginning of May lately? 😭
I woke up one day with itchy eyes and nose, could not stop sneezing throughout the day and now I have sinus pain that hurts the upper back of my teeth and my head. I don’t usually get pollen allergies btw, so now idk what to do… Don’t know if it’s an allergy reaction too but it’s hurting so bad that I’m starting too get scared. What do you guys do usually to alleviate this problem? Do people even get pollen allergy in May??
