20 male, i have saved up 25k usd and i have dual citizenship with us and japan. speaking and reading level below native but can get around. no aspirations. i’ve seen on websites like athome.co.jp for homes well under 25k especially with yen being worth less. if i were to look at options, what would i need to be worried about?
