If someone asks me ‘裸眼ですか’ is it a compliment?

Under my Bereal a Japanese perosn who isn’t a friend but we have a mutual friend asked me this. Bereal is that you take the photo in the moment so I don’t really get it? Can anyone help me understand the meaning/intention better
