I currently have a gold Ana Amex and a gold business amex with plenty of miles
The major downside is the difficulty to get ANA award tickets on the route i use the most (Tokyo – Paris) which make these 2 cards pretty useless for me since i just end up having to buy regular tickets (and accumulate even more useless miles)
Afaik, Jal, Air France and Ana offers direct flights to Paris so any of these programs would work for cc or point cards
