Issues Cancelling NJPW Subscription – Web browser

I am having some issues canceling the subscription. I want to cancel, but when I go to “manage subscriptions,” instead of saying “Unsubscribe,” it asks me to subscribe to the monthly pass, and when I press “subscribe,” it says that “You already have another plan active. Do you wish to continue with this new subscription?” even though I don’t see anything regarding unsubscribing the other plan.
