I signed up for NISA in January 2024 and I set up standing orders for the following three indices as follows, all to be purchased on the 2nd of every month:

However, for whatever reason, this is my investment history so far. I expected to see three withdrawals of 40,000, 30,000 and 30,000 each every month, but this does not seem to have happened (you can ignore the last entry of 25 April as that’s for the growth NISA).

Could someone shed some light as to what might have happened please?
I want to max out my Tsumitate allowance of 1.2M by contributing 100,000 per month, so I should already have 400,000 invested for Jan-Apr. However, it seems that I currently only have a total of 200,000 in my NISA so far, even though it’s now May. I’d like to use a one-off bonus system to make up for this. (I understand I have to do that by cash and not credit card payment).
I would be really appreciative of a step-by-step guide as to how I can achieve what I’m looking for please?
