Am I being underpaid as a QC engineer ?

I’m a 1.5 years experience and working in an international company in Japan (we use English mostly) and I got this job through a outsource company, which means I’m being “sold” to the customer company.

As benefit packages, I got 40k support in house, and 200k yen salary (which after tax I got 150k left) and commute support (20k/month). Another thing is that I get to eat free in CUSTOMER company (this doesn’t count in original company benefit as some suggested). They said since I do not know Japanese, they can only offer me that much, and promise there will be a raise later, but I feel this is more or less a lie.
So just want to know if I’m being underpaid, advices/criticisms are welcomed.
