I really like Kyash for prepaid card and buying stuff online (had to move from Gaica after they closed)
Luckily I never had issues with Gaica when I needed to put down a guarantee for payment.
Kyash though is something else. Had to repair an iPhone and Apple took 230.000¥ guarantee for express exchange. No big deal usually and they refunded immediately after receiving my old phone (I called three times since to verify, which is why I am posting this)
It’s been almost 2 months and the refund does not show up on my Kyash account. At Gaica it took maybe a week or so – but it’s been 6 weeks and nothing — this is concerning and also not very professional.
Besides this, I can recommend Kyash – but wanted to share this issue for now – and I really hope I get my money back lol.
