I got a credit card from smbc, amazon prime master card. I got it on March and have been using it since then. But they haven’t taken the bill of March from my bank account yet. I have been trying to reach them since last month’s 29th. I call their number and they tell me to book an appointment at a later day so that they can call back. I called you now and I want to talk now. Placing me on hold for 10 minutes is also ok but what is this wetched system. I have tomorrow off and I will be working today till 12, I come home at 2. They said there are no time available after 12 so I have to wake up at 10 and wait for them to call me.
