We will be in japan in a couple weeks and I’m looking to purchase my shinkansen tickets tokyo-kyoto round trip early.
I tried using the smart ex app multiple times but it’s not working. I don’t have access to an amex unfortunately.
Should I just get them there in person a few days before?
I see it’s also possible to get on klook, is this a viable option or should i stick with buying from the provider directly?
