I am just wondering if someone has experienced having their automatic two-month extension (after the original residence card expires) actually expired while waiting for the new zairyu card?
The city office told me they won’t renew my number card since I already asked for a temporary extension. I don’t want to pay and undergo the process of getting new my number card.
I still have about a month though before this additional 2 months run out.
