Where to buy an install a navigation / AV car system?

I got a used car some time age. The navigation system is only i Japanese and no Bluetooth connectivity.

I’m eager to buy a new (or even better, a used one). Where can I buy one and get it installed? any recommendation around Setagaya or anywhere in Tokyo?
