  1. I know I should use あれ for things that are very far. Will I be able to use それ if an object I wanted to talk about was not that far? Consider that the object was away from me and the speaker. Would あれ be generally used if something we wanted to talk about was away from both of us? Also, can それ be used for feelings and ideas? For example, that (idea) is good. Will それ be okay to use as “that”?
