Home loan screening (health)

Greetings. Recently JP wife and I decided to bite the bullet and buy a house. Found a good one and yesterday we had a seat with fudosan and the owner, paid the commitment money, signed promise contract and stuff. We already applied to some loans and a couple of them got approved at pre-screening, definitely not an income problem but: wife told me the banks will investigate our health history and I’ve been taking medication for cholesterol, not that I’m super sick but just the blood levels are a bit high and myself working seven days a week and taking care of the little one during my time off, well there’s not enough time for working out, something I really miss btw. So I’m here seeking for wisdom. Is it an issue to get the loan rejected? How far they go with their investigation? Wife told me they’d contact my health insurance and my doctor asking for my health history. Thanks in advance.
