In Harajuku, or near it. It’s small cozy dive bar but very unique because it’s 3 or 4 floors. Street entrance is small bar with 6-7 seats and bartender, up small stairs to micro dance area, holds 8-10 people+DJ/bartender, up small stairs, toilet, then small cozy sit down room with kotatsu and fireplace(?), then door outside to covered patio area that has, or use to have beer/drink vending machines.
