So i’m thinking of buying a pre-owned condo unit here. It’s my first time buying a property. I’m concerned with my realtor.
The guy’s flying solo(has a company and he’s the only employee)
is there any way to know if the guy is legit? And how do i protect myself from fraudulent real estate related transactions?
(i’m planning to buy in cash, not loan)
