Any feedback about a district in which I have reserved an apartment in Tokyo (between Minato and Inode pier)?

I am not finding too much informations about it, what do you think?
The oat is situated between Minato and Inode pier, in the south of the city.
Will be there with my partner and our 2y/o son.
