I want to know whether there is a legal procedure I must go through in order to day trade, stock/ forex trading. When I was applying for bank account in japan. I saw that there are options, that i can choose as the purpose of my account (stock trading, forex trading) Can anyone please tell me whether how I get taxed and any other legal procedures i must follow.
