Bringing Omiyage to my new job. Advice needed.

I’m in my home country, waiting for my CoE, and I’m going to start working at restaurant in a hotel hopefully soon :’).

I have met my boss in person (for the interview), and we have been in touch over Line for the immigration procedures. I would say albait formal, our relationship is “friendly” and I think hiring me has taken some effort from him and the company (although they have kept me waiting for ages), so I thought bringing an omiyage was in order.

My questions are:

* Should I also bring omiyages for my fellow co-workers? I don’t know the exact number. Presumably a lot of them since there are also baito workers.
* Should the omiyage be the same for everyone? Or something more special for the boss and something more generic for the rest?
* Since I don’t know the exact number of people, would a big bag of candy (or something similar) be a good omiyage? Thinking of leaving it in the staff room so everyone can take what they want.
* Would any of this be considered weird since I haven’t worked there yet?

Thank you for you input!
