I’m trying to figure out their website to reserve tickets to go from Tokyo to the Mt. Fuji area and its so confusing. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m on a phone but traversing it is not great. And one time I found a way to at least look at specific routes and it had me put in departure and return date and everytime I did it just said “NaN NaN NaN (unspecificed)” And wouldn’t let me search. Not when I go back to the website I can’t find it.
Basically if anyone has used these, do you need a reserved seat or can I just show up at one of the times (so long as I can find the chart again). Thank you!
