I have a Pixel 8, a Pixel 2 watch, and Google Fi cell phone service. I’ve heard mixed reviews about my Google Fi working reliably in Tokyo and wondered if anyone can point me in the right direction. Is it best to get a mobile hot spot? I don’t want to lose connectivity because I’ll need Internet for the trains and to use Google translate. I’ll be only in Tokyo for about a week. Leaving in a month.
