I’ve asked before on Hinative and I was given an answer along the lines of a simple ‘わかりました’ to express ‘that makes sense’ (which makes sense to me).
And I’m guessing there’s no direct idiomatic transfer between the two but what if I am asking for confirmation of the listener’s understanding?
Ex: A) You’ll have to go the back route since the main road is closed off. Does that make sense?
