  1. Looks yummy. It’s really not hard to screw fried rice up…unless Uncle Roger is watching 😆

  2. What’s the trick, bc my fried rice never tastes right. Too wet/mushy often. Is it a limitation of my crappy electric stove and nonstick pans (limits how hot I can cook) or do I not use enough oil?
