War with cockroaches

As the title says, I’ve been trying get rid of these tiny cockroaches for a while now. I used the cockroach bait that’s supposed to be contagious to even the ones that haven’t found the bait but it’s not working. And I can’t seem to find the source. I turned on the A/C and this cockroach with an egg burst mid air bombarding me with a bunch of new borns. I’m gonna get the gokijet spray today. Does it work well? Are there any other suggestions you could give me? Thank you

  1. small cockroaches means give up and move. building is done for

big lone ones are looking for food for the nest.

small ones means nest is your house :^)

  2. When its that bad you just need to give up. The only way to make sure the roaches dont follow you is to Napalm the building, your possessions and yourself.
    Safety first.

  3. OP if I were you I would have noped out of the apartement immediately and move

To answer your question gokijet only works for the offensive

though it acts fast against spotted hostiles, for preventive action it is short acting.

I suggest a multi pronged approach with

strategically placed ゴキブリホイホイ which are poison bait

and ゴキブリワンプッシュ which is a concentrated spray, applied once a month into the corners and hard to access areas of your house.

I live in a run down apato with questionable insulation on the first floor but it works for me

Where is this? So I remember to never set foot there. Jesus, the mental image.

  5. They might be coming in from your AC. I would recommend getting that cleaned out & maybe putting some kind of poison outside the AC at the base.

  6. Have you tried any sonic pest repellent devices? Im not sure they target cockroaches, some frequencies may work, and it beats spraying chemicals in your living space.

I will say I had a cockroach problem too, until I didn’t. Then I had a rat problem, because rats love to eat cockroaches. Then I didn’t have rats, because I upgraded to a Japanese Rat Snake problem. I’m just waiting for the local family of hawks to build a nest on my roof, as I can’t think of anyone else who eats snakes around here!🤣

    Good luck!

  7. Learn to identify cockroach eggs and droppings, it will help you find out where they’re hanging out.

They’re obviously laying eggs in the AC, you have to open that thing and check it out. Once you have cleaned it, put a filter on the hose that goes outside, so they can’t get back in that way. They sell those filters in Daiso, but you can just use a cable tie and plastic filters, like the ones used for the kitchen sink.

Get that bug spray, stat. Start hunting until you don’t see any for a couple of days.

Next, seal off every tiny hole where they are getting in. Most likely, the pipes that go in and out of the kitchen: hot/cold water, sewage, gas, etc. Check if there’s any spacing between the pipes and surrounding furniture, and seal everything with silicone. Seal the corners of the kitchen furniture too.

Now is when you set those traps / boric acid powder. Set a few outside your house too. From the time a cockroach comes in contact with the trap, it can take up to 3 days to die. To have them inside the house is a last measure, in my opinion. Like when they have been hiding well or you’re on vacation.

  8. I see that you already have some leads, but I remember buying a can like thing to take down some bugs in my place long long time ago.

It’s a yellow plastic can shaped thing (more like a q-tip box). You open it and you have another metal can inside the plastic case/cup. Then you cover all electronics and edibles in your place with news paper and then trigger this thing by filling some water into the plastic cup and dropping the metal can into it.

Then your whole place is smoke bombed with white toxic smoke. You leave the place after you trigger it and then come back after 8 hours.

I suggest using 4-5 of those so all those roaches suffocate to death.
