Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka – 14 days (2 are travel days so i don’t count those, so 12 total FULL days). How many days in each?
Nov 23-Dec 6th
Mt. Fuji – Day trip
Disney – Full Day
Sumo wresting show (partner is a wrestler, wwe type)
Go karting (does it live up to the hype?)
We are both active gym goers so early mornings or late evenings we plan on hitting the local anytime in tokyo. We love to walk and don’t mind a good walk to different attractions.
– Coffee shop suggestions? Partner is a coffee feign!
– Should we start in Kyoto/Osaka? I’ve been reading to leave tokyo for the end if we plan on shopping.
-Are E-sims not available for locked phones? I was reading a post that it’s hard to connect with ATT locked phones :/
-We are skipping JR pass ($1k for 14 days), instead planned to pay for round trip $360 aprox and use local transportation.
– I’ve been reading very negative things abt AP hotel, but i’ve found it to be the cheapest option for tokyo. I’m more so concerned abt the infrastructure and poor building, their political views is wonky and controversial from what i read. Any recommendation for stays in Tokyo/Osaka/Kyoto? We want privacy at night!
-Also, experience with laundry mats?
– Personally i have no interest in visiting Hiroshima or anything too crazy historical. I enjoy museums, nature, shopping, art, movies. We want to also experience night life, we don’t go out much in the states but when in Japan we want to have some much needed fun! We are still in the beginning stages of planning and would love recommendations, newbs to out the country planning for sure.
