Has anyone used Amazon Fresh for home delivery of groceries?

I have Prime and I’ve always been curious as to the quality, the delivery time and the logistics of it all. I only have a small supermarket near me, but I’m also really not good at shopping for groceries because I suck at planning. I like cooking, I just hate thinking about what to cook and then going to buy it. I’ve been wanting to try some online service that will make the shopping process easier, but I’m not sure what’s out there. Amazon Fresh seems easy in terms of accessibility, but would like to hear from other people who’ve used it before or something similar.

  1. I’ve used it several times, but mostly for frozen goods, sauces, etc. The only fresh produce I’ve purchased is stuff like their pre-made pasta and potato salads and they were great.

Best part of Amazon fresh is that you can get delivery same day. I’ve ordered during lunch at work for a delivery at 6pm when I get home for example. Sometimes within a few hours is possible.

I’m always leery of buying fresh produce/meat online. I’m pretty careful when choosing produce and I know the “person” picking stuff for me isn’t going to be nearly as choosy.
