According to [ShuPro magazine](https://x.com/shupromobile/status/1784202484925292978), after beating Great-O-Khan to become the current holder of the KOPW belt, Yuya Uemura called out his former coach Katsuyori Shibata for a title match.
Shibata will be challenging for Chris Jericho’s FTW Championship at this Wednesday’s Dynamite, so there’s a small-but-non-zero chance we could end up with a title vs title match at Forbidden Door. The FTW title is typically contested for under hardcore rules, which would fit with KOPW’s non traditional match stipulations.
