So the delivery of the rakuten credit card i applied for arrived one day ago, i showed my zairyuu card and it was rejected cz it’s in romanji. I showed my driver’s license and My number card and still the same. Can someone help me with this?
I did contact the rakuten services but i’m not fluent at japanese or able to understand native level japanese. When i contacted them through the Customer Support, they said to contact the phone number and i can only get the “Press number 1 if” or “Press number 2 if” but I don’t know what to press.
