Cost of rent

I found an apartment around senryama station in suita city for 78k yen per month. It is 60 sq.m., 3DK, 13-15 min walk to station, buit in 1997, mansion type(2 floors). Is this a reasonable price for this apartment?

  1. This is very good in my opinion.

I live in Suita, 15/20 minute walk to JR Kishibe and 30 minutes to two Hankyu and 35 minutes to Midosuji station. I can also take a bus which takes me to 5 stations in 10/15 minutes. Takes us like 20/30 minutes to get to Umeda door to door.

I live in a 3LDK, 1980s, not beautiful with not a great bath. However, it is minutes from my girlfriend’s job. We pay 70k a month.

  2. I live 3 mins from a JR loop line station near Tennoji. I pay 74,000 yen a month for two tatami rooms, small kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom, and two balconies and one has a small garden. I’m on the second floor. It’s around 40m2 so small but it’s good for me. Older mansion but clean.

  3. For me, it would depend on how far up that giant hill your apartment is. But if you’re talking price per square m, it’s an alright deal.

  4. May be a bit annoying being in an older building, and of course all depends on the state of the place, but for that price being a 3DK and in Suita which is a nice area I think that’s really good.

  5. reasonable or not, you compare it with property from nearby area around the same price.

  6. I’m a real estate agent you can ask more questions. But it seems reasonable but there is no pictures so it’s hard to give advice
