I had my internet service provider changed from Jcom to Sonet hikari through KDDI, after the service in Sonet started, I am still getting bills from Jcom. The email from Sonet clearly states that I should not cancel my previous contract myself and it will happen automatically. One month as passed and nothing has happened.
I tried contacting them but, the phone is recieved by the AI system and it uses complex japanese so I cant understand anything. What can I do?
