Long story short, my sister has ended up as a solo traveller in the country (after doing a ski season) and I’d like to organise something for her to do/see over the next month to make her feel a little better. Are there any recommendations for upcoming events or arts/festivals or anything really that would be suitable for a solo traveller?
On another point, are there any recommendations for solo/groups of travellers that are looking for traveler friends kind of thing or work/volunteer groups she could reach out to? (Not a meetup request per se, more a recommendation on how to find like minded travellers out there….). Also I know Japan is super safe, but this is my little sister….please keep her safe as can be.
