限度額適用認定証について(70歳未満の方)
\*限度額適用認定証を受け取ったら 必ず入院受付窓口へご提示下さい。\*\*Is there something I should know before I go to city hall to apply for this?
I am a bit concerned cause they decided to take my girlfriend to an operation straight away yesterday and we were only briefly informed about this. Now I read that, it has to be applied at the time of hospitalization, I am worried if i can still apply for it today.
I researched some on reddit but couldn’t understand totally so Any steps to reduce costs please kindly let me know.
