Perhaps re-introducing Wolves (same species still in NK) and Lynx would help reduce their numbers, along with Deer, Bear cubs, Boar, Monkeys,and Rats. Safer alternative to guns.

Seriously could be a great propaganda piece or awareness to an ecological disaster lol.
I read that and in my head all I could see was a battle scene similar to Pompoko Tanuki.
Tanuki dressed as Samurai, Racoons wearing US military fatigues.
