Could I please ask for some help on what you can do at the Kobe Fashion Museum?
Is it only the special exhibits, or is there a permanent part? Is the “Clothing of Napoleon” still there, for example?
It is kind of out-of-the-way for us, so trying to get a better feel for exactly what is there before we go. Any info is greatly appreciated !
