English Speaking Dentist Tokyo

I’ve had a look at other posts here and in JapanLife, but I’m not a Japan resident, and I wanted to see if I could get some more specific or recent information, especially as this is making me (in about as literal a sense as possible) quite nervous.

I have a damaged wisdom tooth, with exposed nerve that causes spontaneous pain when eating or brushing my teeth. My dentist in the UK has said I need it extracted under general anaesthetic because of the nature of the breakage, but my appointment is in September. I’m working in Tokyo over the summer, and I’m leaving too soon for there to be time for me to get a private extraction here. I don’t really think I can wait four months, so I’d like to find a dentist while I’m out there.

I’m able to get by in Japanese, so if push comes to shove and you know of a dental clinic that can help me with this but they don’t really know English, I might be able to manage, but since it’s medical stuff and I’m also a bit nervous about dentists and needles and them touching the nerve, I’d prefer to find somewhere where I can speak English, if possible.

I will be near Meguro, but I don’t really mind where in Tokyo, I just want the thing took out. Thanks for any help you can offer.
