Worried about being able to work upto standard in Japanese

Im a 3rd year college student in marketing and have been speaking Japanese since I was 14 and I’d say my level is a comfortable N2. I was thinking of looking for jobs in Japan after graduating because of the job market, but am an obsessive perfectionist and am scared that even if I speak the language, my work may not be upto par. I feel confident and as though I can push myself to do better but get super stressed and worried when I have to think and work in a foreign language 🙁 I can converse super naturally but Im just scared of not being as perfect as I can be and not being able to live up to my responsibilities.

I dont have any working experience yet so Im not very sure of office culture and what kind of expectations or workload is normal. Ive seen a lot of videos of foreigners working in an office setting that isn’t IT with broken Japanese which makes me feel a bit more confident in my skills but Im still anxious when I think about it.

Any advice or suggestions? I plan on gaining 2-3 years of practical experience before applying to jobs in Japan, but would still prefer an environment where it is mainly English, but I dont mind communicating with co-workers in Japanese, if anyone might know any companies that are famous for hiring foreigners, it’d be a great help! thank you <3
