That Is actually a hologram, Trust me I haven’t been to japan but I have seen a lot of anime and video games.
Now I’m curious what all is huddled under the legs of the tower? Homes? Shrines? Businesses?

I almost rented a room on the right there, but turned out you couldn’t see the tower unless you got right out on the balcony and looked round.
