should i go with nihongo gakkou scolarship or go with tokutei ginou visa.

Hello, i am from indonesia, currently studying japanese on language school, (in indonesia) my school offering a newspaper nihongo gakkou scolarship right now, studying 2 years go for N2/N1 then find work with engineer visa.

I am 28 years old today. Have bachelor’s degree on chemical engineering, but i dont have work experience
(let’s say i just sleep for 2 years after graduate). If i follow this school correctly and get this N2 is it possible for me to get work on japan with engineering visa, as i have reach 30 years old and still zero experience?

Or should i just go with Tokutei Ginou I Visa, i believe on july i will pass N4 and SSW for Food Industry. If i work for 1 year in japan with these, is it possible to change my visa into engineering visa? so i don’t need to wait for Tokutei Ginou II?

please pardon my bad grammars. Thank you for your answer.
