Hi! I’ll be travelling with my partner from Tokyo to Fujiyoshida (staying for 1 night) before heading to Kyoto. This will happen during December, so I do foresee having winter clothes and a relatively huge luggage.I will be driving once arriving at the station in Fujikwaguchiko. In terms of baggage, should I:
1. Forward luggage to the accommodation place in Kyoto, set aside a duffel bag to store necessities and bring along to Fuji.
2. Bring our items along to Fuji then to Kyoto

Also, would it be easier to take a direct express bus or take the bullet train? Considering that we are not purchasing the JR pass. Would there be sufficient space on the bus to store our luggage? TIA!
