JP post bank charged me 220 yen for withdrawing from their ATM in a Family Mart before 18:00.
It wasn’t even mentioned while withdrawing. Jost happened in silence and saw it on my app.
It is clearly written that there is no fee until 18:00 from Family Mart.
Not a lot of money, but I don’t want this to happen every time.
Does anyone know how I can solve this? Do I have to go directly to them because of how bad their system is, or is there any other more convenient way?
