A dodgy place, Tochigi

A 9 floors tower hotel in the middle of nowhere. Writings on the walls indicate it was once used as a hideout by a notorious local motorcycle gang, the 北関東狂走連盟. Also the used cars operation you can see on the 8th slide isn’t registered anywhere and is very likely criminal activity. The place is now guarded by dogs and CCTVs. Only one star, for the tree growing on the last floor ⭐️ wouldn’t recommend.
