Lost my Welcome Suica. What are my alternatives?

We’re here for another 2 weeks. We’re currently staying in Shibuya, and after about a week we’ll be traveling between Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima, and Hakone, so I need something that can get me between those places, as well as across Tokyo. Of course, I don’t have an iPhone, so Apple Wallet is not an option.

I know that I could go to the airport to replace it, but that would be a hassle that I’d like to avoid if possible. Is it possible to buy a card at Shibuya station that works just like Welcome Suica? I’m also aware that this is all complicated by the fact that there’s a chip shortage, making cards harder to get, otherwise I’d just walk into a station and ask someone to point me to where I could get a card

Thanks!

UPDATE: I ended up getting a regular My Suica. For anyone else who needs this info in the future, I just went to a JR Ticket Office (e.g. https://maps.app.goo.gl/czCtXBxPP94XX1UcA), and I paid 1000 yen (500 yen deposit + 500 yen on the card). Altogether it took like 5 minutes, and that includes time spent going out of my way to the office and waiting in line. Very quick and painless!
