Good morning all! First time poster, long time lurker.
We (Wife and I) go away on Tuesday to Japan for a holiday meant to happen 3 years ago (Thanks COVID…). Plan is put together and we’re just going over it to finalise. We hoped some of you could check out the itinerary and let us know what you think?
**Day 1** – Arrive. Head to hotel in Shinjuku and explore a little.
**Day 2** – Tsukiji fish market and Hamarikyu gardens (Morning), teamLab Borderless and Tokyo tower area (Afternoon), Food and drink tour in Shinjuku (Evening)
**Day 3** – Koishikawa park and Akihabara area (Morning), Tokyo skytree and Asakusa area (Afternoon), Roppongi (Evening)
**Day 4** – Gyoen park and Hie Shrine (Morning), small worlds museum (Afternoon), Shibuya area (Evening)
**Day 5** – Snoopy museum and Shin-Yokohama ramen museum (Morning/Afternoon), Kabukicho/Shinjuku (Evening)
**Day 6** – Travel to Kyoto. Do the Ghibli Park along the way.
**Day 7** – Nishiki Market and area (Morning), Fushimi Inari (Morning/Afternoon), Nara Park and Todai-ji (Afternoon/Evening)
**Day 8** – Higashiyama Ward and Ninenjaka (Morning/Afternoon), Matsui Sake brewery tour (Afternoon), Kyoto botanical garden (Evening)
**Day 9** – Universal studios Japan. Staying the night in Kobe.
**Day 10** – Cup noodle museum and Osaka Castle (Morning/Afternoon), Kuronom Ichiba Market (Afternoon)
**Day 11** – Free day! Shopping in Dotonbori
**Day 12** – Travel back to Tokyo, no plans this day either and with a flight at 2200 we can mop up something if we want to.
Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

The Osaka Cup Noodle Museum is so far away from anything else. The Yokohama one is much more located around other interesting things.
