I’ve recently been making more Japanese style curry and I’ve been trying out all the different brands. I generally like very flavorful foods and have been hunting for the best flavour curry.
Currently I rate golden curry the best though the 711 brand isn’t that bad either. I still end up putting a bunch of my own spices in since they’re just not flavorful enough
I’ve found all the liquid stocks to be really disappointing. S&B was meh and the Maharaj brand was very bland.
Which curry brand do you all recommend?
