Heading to Hokkaido / Sapporo in June, and looking around if there might be a good deal on Kitamura’s website.

Came across mention of Kitamura in this particular subreddit, so just a few questions.
Their lenses/bodies seem to be given some grading like A, or B.
I read somewhere that their grading is generally stricter than elsewhere in the world. The prices of A is almost the same as brand new pricing (at least, from what I google translated from the website.) Eg, one of the lens I’m looking at:
160400 Yen (A) vs 168,300 (New).
while a B grade is:
141,400 Yen (B) vs 168,300 (New)
A seems almost the same price as new, while B is quite a far off. Anyone’s got personal experiences with how different these gradings are?
Also, are we subject to get tax rebates on the 2nd hand lenses sold by these shops, or only the new lenses count?
Last question! Any other shops aside from Kitamura in Sapporo (and I think I saw BIC Camera, which is mainly new stuff) ? I’m only heading back to Tokyo region at the last 4 days of my trip, so I’m not sure if there’s a significant price difference between Sapporo or Tokyo or not.
