I bought a used bicycle from a foreigner 2 years ago. I have been using it on and off. A couple days ago, I noticed that it is gone. I checked with the landlord and was told that they haven’t touched it. I was advised to report it to the police. However, although I do have all the documents, it is not under my name and I know that it has been registered.
My question is considering that it is not under my name and I don’t have any insurance or so, is it worth going to the police and reporting it? Won’t it cause any problems for me? Thank you!
